Over the past 16 years, Nadine has been heavily involved in building teams and working closely with key decision makers focusing on the development of the people as part of her commitment in investing in the region. Leaverging on her consultative approach in understanding client needs, mapping it to their gaps in terms of performance and linking it to their short and long-term objectives helped her build strong strategic relationships. Nadine has participated in designing GDPs and Leadership Learning Journeys blending it with the latest trends in learning enabled the clients to emerge stronger in the fast-changing workspace of today.
