Tarek is an HR professional with over 18 years of experience in the Middle East. He has a wide exposure to different government departments as well as private sector organizations in the UAE, providing unparalleled operational excellence and quality service delivery. During his experience, Tarek has managed and assured many aspects of hiring and employment processes on several projects within the UAE. He has implemented several employment practices policies, HR strategies, and ensured high standards of health, safety, welfare, diversity, security and rights of employees on major programs. He adopted new organizational models and developed the right people at the right time to facilitate the positive changes in the organization to achieve their mission.
