She started her career in project management where has managed both internal and external projects. Her clients include ADSG, Mubadala, EMAL, ADEK, ADTC, ATIC, ADDC, FEWA and The Prime Minister's Office - UAE. Marwa's expertise lies in designing and implementing learning solutions to meet the critical needs of clients and drive organizational transformation through the development of their human capital.
